Rarecyte, Inc. manufactures life science equipment that separates a single cell from billions for analysis. Anvil Studios designed both of Rarecyte’s CyteFinder products, their original instrument as well as their new system, the CyteFinder HT. Anvil Studios was asked to support Rarecyte’s rebranding efforts by designing new colorways for applying to the new generation of instruments.
The selected direction, code-named Copper River, is a dramatic pairing of bright copper orange off-set against a field of reserved, dark charcoal. This striking color combination was then adopted into Rarecyte’s new corporate identity, including their logo design and office interior space.
