Beams is an innovator of LED technology that provides both wired and wireless lighting solutions for areas around the house and yard. Anvil Studios has enjoyed a partnership with Beams for over half a decade. Together we collaborated to create this family of hard-wired security lights.

These Security Lights increase safety in areas like doorways, garages, decks and under eaves with 2700-4100 lumens of motion-activated lighting. The family of products includes motion activation, adjustable motion detection range, auto shut off, light sensitivity and weatherproof design. Adjustable spotlight heads and motion sensor allow for a customizable coverage area, while the downlight wall wash feature found on the premium SKUs provides additional safety light.
Our design goal was to create a unified family aesthetic while reducing the amount of visual clutter commonly found on competitive products. With the power of hardwired installation we had the freedom to explore a variety of diffused light bezel designs to hide the individual LED’s within and still have enough light output to properly illuminate the desired area.
Cooling fins are out of view and integrated into the rear housings of each individual light head. In order to keep a clean aesthetic, visible hardware is kept to an absolute minimum, and all wires are internally routed within the adjustable arms.
